Based in the UK, Peel Ports Group has strategically widened its reach to the East Coast by successfully taking over the HES Humber Bulk Terminal from HES International. This pivotal move notably expands the group’s operational locations to eight. Subsequently, Peel Ports Logistics will assume the management of the newly acquired terminal. This terminal, impressively, boasts significant storage capacity and an automated import/export system, thereby ensuring effective dry bulk handling. As a result, critical sectors such as agriculture, construction, and energy stand to gain significantly from the acquisition.
